I'm local and would like to pick my order up, what do I do?

You can now choose “local pick-up” during the check-out process. We will contact you via e-mail 24-48 hours after your order is placed to schedule your pick-up time. Pick up times are Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM. We also have a growing list of retailers so please check our list for any in your area. You can also contact them directly to see if they carry the specific style you’re looking for.

Who do I contact for wholesale inquiries?

You can e-mail us at hello@sugarfootapparel.com with any wholesale information requests.

Can I make changes to my order?

Because we try to ship orders out as quickly as possible we may not always see an e-mail you’ve sent about a size or style change. Before placing your order please make sure you review all the details before you hit submit. We can always process exchanges if situations like these occur. In the event that you make a mistake, e-mail us, hello@sugarfootapparel.com, and we’ll always try to correct if it possible!

Will any of the items I order shrink in the wash?

Most Sugarfoot Apparel garments are preshrunk and will shrink minimally. Our garments that are made of 100% Cotton are more susceptible to shrinkage than our Triblend garments, please take special care when laundering these items and pay attention to the fabric information that is listed with each item.

With Sugarfoot Apparel items that are screen printed we recommend washing these in cold water and hanging to dry. Laundering your garments in hot water and placing them in the dryer may result in unwanted cracking of the design and quicker aging.

What if my package is lost or stolen?


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. We cannot issue refunds for lost package but will issue and send replacement product after 30 days of non-movement via UPS.
